Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-07-02
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Pulserie, a competitor change-monitoring service operated by Erriestudios, a sole proprietorship based in the Netherlands ("Pulserie", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Pulserie.
The service
Pulserie lets you monitor public web pages you choose. You point it at competitor website URLs, and Pulserie crawls those public pages on a schedule, detects content changes, filters out noise with an AI model, and sends you alerts and a daily digest. Pulserie fetches publicly available pages only. It does not log in to sites on your behalf, bypass access controls, or access content that is not public.
Your account
You need an account to use Pulserie. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, and you must provide accurate registration details.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Pulserie lawfully and responsibly. In particular, you agree that:
- You will only monitor sites you are legally allowed to monitor. You are responsible for ensuring your monitoring complies with the target site's terms, applicable law, and any rights the site owner may hold.
- You will not use Pulserie to target illegal, abusive, or harmful content, or to harass, surveil, or harm any person.
- You will not attempt to overload a target site, circumvent technical access controls, or monitor pages that are behind authentication or otherwise not public.
- You will not resell, scrape at scale for redistribution, or misuse the service in a way that degrades it for others or breaches these Terms.
Pulserie respects the public nature of the web. Because monitoring public pages can still raise legal questions depending on your jurisdiction and how you use the data, the responsibility for lawful use rests with you.
Plans and billing
Pulserie offers free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed through Stripe in euros (EUR). Billing is currently in test mode while we finalize launch, and no real charges are taken until paid plans go live. When they do, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your chosen payment method for the plan you select, on a recurring basis until you cancel.
You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of your current billing period; your paid features remain available until then. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide partial refunds for unused time. Prices exclude any applicable taxes, which are added where required.
Your content and data
You keep ownership of the URLs you choose to monitor and the configuration you create. We process the public page content we crawl on your behalf, along with the screenshots and extracted values we generate, so we can detect changes and send you alerts. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Availability and changes to the service
We work to keep Pulserie available and accurate, but we provide it on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Crawl timing, change detection, and AI filtering are best-effort and may miss changes, flag changes that do not matter, or be delayed. Do not rely on Pulserie as your sole source for time-critical or high-stakes decisions. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pulserie is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that alerts will be complete or timely.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pulserie and Erriestudios will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business, arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Termination
You may stop using Pulserie and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service. On termination, your right to use Pulserie ends, and we delete or anonymize your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. If we make material changes, we will update the date below and, where appropriate, notify you by email or in the app. Continuing to use Pulserie after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and any disputes will be subject to the competent courts of the Netherlands, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you in your country of residence.
